In this role, you will be responsible to oversee a team responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting business-critical applications. This role involves leading technical support efforts, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the application support team.
• Manage incident resolution and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Implement process improvements and best practices for support operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in application support, with leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in relevant systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management tools is a plus.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience leading teams
• Knowledge of Java and/or HTML
