Our client is a company specialising in offering services to the iGaming industry, they are actively looking for a Finnish speaker to strengthen their fast growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries across multiple brands, ensuring professional 24/7 support.

• Adapt to brand-specific guidelines while maintaining service quality.

• Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Collaborate with other departments for efficient issue resolution.

• Stay updated on company products, policies, and support documentation.

• Working Hours: Shift Basis, Monday to Sunday

Requirements:

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Finnish and English.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• 1+ year of customer support experience (iGaming experience is a plus).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with customer support tools (ticketing systems, chat software) is an advantage.

• Clear criminal record.

• Willingness to work shifts.
