Finnish Speaking Customer Service Agent
Our client is a company specialising in offering services to the iGaming industry, they are actively looking for a Finnish speaker to strengthen their fast growing team!
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries across multiple brands, ensuring professional 24/7 support.
Adapt to brand-specific guidelines while maintaining service quality.
Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments for efficient issue resolution.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and support documentation.
Working Hours: Shift Basis, Monday to Sunday
Requirements:
Native or C1-level proficiency in Finnish and English.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
1+ year of customer support experience (iGaming experience is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with customer support tools (ticketing systems, chat software) is an advantage.
Clear criminal record.
Willingness to work shifts.
