This role focuses on creating engaging content that enhances player experience, boosts retention, and strengthens brand presence. You will craft and optimize content across various platforms, collaborate with CRM teams, and monitor performance to ensure maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit high-quality Finnish content for websites, emails, and campaigns.
• Optimize content for engagement, retention, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting as needed.
• Work with CRM to implement A/B testing and optimize rewards mechanics.

Requirements:

• 1+ years in iGaming content writing or copywriting.
• Experience with loyalty programs, bonuses, and promotions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, with excellent communication.
