On behalf of our client we are seeking a Chargeback Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a passion for fraud prevention and risk management in iGaming. The ideal candidate has experience in chargeback processing, dispute resolution, and transaction analysis and will play a key role in minimizing fraud risks and improving chargeback processes.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve chargeback disputes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analyze chargeback trends and transaction history to mitigate risk.
• Prepare and submit documentation for dispute resolution.
• Maintain detailed reports on chargeback rates and fraud patterns.
• Communicate fraud trends and best practices to internal teams.
• Collaborate with payment providers and clients to optimize dispute handling.
• Assist in training internal teams and perform RFP analyst duties as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in chargeback processing, dispute resolution, or risk analysis in iGaming, fintech, or payments.
• Strong knowledge of chargeback lifecycles, fraud detection, and dispute resolution.
• Experience with Payment IQ or similar platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret transaction patterns.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple cases.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
