Head of Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Head of Marketing to spearhead our client's marketing initiatives across CRM, customer acquisition, and paid media in diverse markets, including Canada, New Zealand, and Portugal. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capabilities, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to unify cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role includes a relocation package to Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, customer retention, and paid media campaigns.
- Lead and inspire the CRM, Acquisition, and Paid Media teams, ensuring cohesion and synergy in achieving business goals.
2. CRM & Retention Optimization:
- Oversee the setup, monitoring, and refinement of CRM retention campaigns utilizing tools such as Cellxpert, SendGrid, and Smartico.
- Design and execute customer segmentation, loyalty promotions, and retention initiatives tailored to specific market needs.
3. Acquisition and Paid Media Oversight:
- Optimize acquisition strategies and paid media initiatives to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and enhance retention rates.
- Manage the performance of campaigns across multiple channels and geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Analyze and report on marketing KPIs such as ROI, CAC, and retention rates, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and refine daily marketing performance across CRM and acquisition, adapting strategies per market and region.
5. Market Expertise & Collaboration:
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, player behavior, and the competitive landscape within the iGaming industry.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5-6 years of B2C marketing experience in the iGaming industry, with expertise across acquisition, CRM, and paid media.
- Proven track record in managing marketing activities across multiple markets and regulated regions.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Cellxpert, SendGrid, and Smartico.
- Strong analytical proficiency in assessing marketing KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
