Are you ready to take your leadership skills and passion for the iGaming industry to the next level? Our client, a highly successful iGaming company with multiple offices across Europe, has partnered with Recruiter4You to find their new Head of Account Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, set strategies, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented Account Managers and Key Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and continuous feedback.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets, leveraging insights from trend analysis and results.
- Set monthly targets for individual team members and ensure their achievement through regular check-ins and updates.
- Foster strong client relationships while driving revenue growth across the portfolio of exciting products, including slots, scratch cards, and InstantWin games.
- Conduct regular checks on accounts to identify optimization opportunities, collaborating with account managers to implement improvements.
- Facilitate product performance analysis and client review meetings, ensuring the team's active participation and contribution.
- Contribute to the achievement of personal and team targets, meeting agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on new information, policies, and regulations in the industry, ensuring efficient knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders.
- Oversee the hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of talented individuals in the team.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to enhance team performance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Establish goals and objectives to promote growth, productivity, and success for individuals, the team, and the company.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions tailored to the iGaming industry.
- Provide assistance with other tasks as needed.
- Adaptability to work between two different offices, when required, to foster a strong team dynamic at all times.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Consulting, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performance teams to achieve individual and shared goals.
- Ability to understand and manage commercial agreements effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter and highly motivated individual who thrives in both team and individual environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize solutions effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a drive to constantly exceed targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
