Head of Operations
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company offering consulting services in the iGaming and payment industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify transactions for their clients. As we expand their operations, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations to lead our operational team and drive their mission forward. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the company's operational strategies, ensuring efficiency, and driving performance across all departments. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the payment industry, exceptional management skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Operational Strategy:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance across all operational functions.
- Analyze existing operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

Payment Industry Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the payment sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new payment solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Performance Monitoring:
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Customer Focus:
- Ensure that operational processes are aligned with customer needs and expectations, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address operational challenges proactively and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Implement best practices in risk management to safeguard company assets and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in the payment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the payment industry, as well as knowledge of the main payment tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
