Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company specializing in services for the iGaming industry they are looking for a Payment Team Leader to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and consider future requirements for team resources.
• Manage and monitor day-to-day resourcing of the team using appropriate workflow tools.
  
• Maximize business opportunities by building and developing positive relationships both internally and externally.
• Gain exposure to HR-related conversations and processes.
• Assist in planning and implementing local initiatives as part of various projects.
• Deliver consistent levels of service while also planning for future requirements.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, direct line manager, and team members.
• Support management company relationships.
• Assist with escalations, complaints, and complex queries, ensuring resolution in line with internal and external requirements.
• Provide flexibility to support the team with processes and work volumes when business needs dictate.
• Deputize for the direct reporting line when necessary.
• Actively lead and contribute to team and departmental meetings and huddles.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and display initiative in solving problems.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload to ensure all key deadlines are met with accuracy.
• Strong understanding of process optimization, automation, and customer-focused improvements.
• Proven experience in the payments industry.
