Our client is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team. If you’re passionate about law and eager to make an impact in the exciting world of gaming, this is the right job for you. We’re seeking a junior to mid-level legal professional, ideally fluent in Maltese (Fluent Maltese is a plus, not a must for this role), who is ready to support the Head of Legal and two Senior Counsels. While experience in gaming is a plus, it’s not a requirement, your legal knowledge and enthusiasm are what truly matter!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, and agreements with B2C operators and B2B partners.
• Engage in supplier contract reviews and negotiations, building strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Assist with debt collection, data protection, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Support intellectual property initiatives, including trademark assessments and application filings.
• Maintain organized contracts management and oversee general legal housekeeping.
• Provide valuable interpretations of contractual clauses to sales teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Offer legal advice and support to management regarding the operations of group companies.
• Be ready to tackle any ad-hoc duties as they arise, contributing to the overall success of the team.
