• Collaborate with senior configuration agents and other departments to ensure accurate implementation of configurations.
• Participate in training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of our systems and processes.
• Maintain documentation related to configuration settings and changes, ensuring all records are up to date.
• Provide support to clients and internal teams regarding configuration-related inquiries and issues.
• Participate in regular reviews of configuration practices to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
