French Speaking Customer Service Agent
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company specializing in services for the iGaming industry, is seeking a talented French speaker to join their dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing incoming email inquiries.
Respond to customer queries and gather valuable feedback via email, chat, and telephone.
Engage with customers through outbound calls to promote campaigns and enhance overall engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support roles.
- A university degree or a related qualification.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a 24/7 shift schedule.
- Experience with escalation procedures and phone support is advantageous.
Requirements:
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
