Our client is a successful company offering outsourcing services to the iGaming industry plus they manage some proprietary brands, in this role you will be researching, reviewing, and analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements, leading ongoing reviews of business processes, and developing optimization strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering processes and developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes;
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and providing initiatives to the tech team;
• Staying up to date with the latest processes and technical advancements to automate and modernize systems;
• Working with the Technical Project Manager and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.

Requirements:

• Experience in researching, reviewing, and analyzing business processes and requirements;
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for process enhancement;
  
• Experience leading reviews of business processes and driving optimization initiatives;
• Project management experience, and knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira) is a plus;
• Familiarity with automation tools and a proactive approach to modernizing systems;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in payments within the iGaming industry.
