Junior CRM Specialist (Remote)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CRM Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. Our client is an exciting iGaming startup that has embraced a fully remote work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies and campaigns for our online casino platform. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through effective communication and targeted marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and in-app notifications.
- Customer Segmentation: Help segment the customer database based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to ensure personalized communication.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for CRM campaigns that resonates with the target audience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Database Management: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of the customer database by regularly updating and maintaining customer records.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Assist in mapping and optimizing customer journeys across various touchpoints to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the customer support, marketing, and product teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including GDPR and responsible gaming guidelines.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on CRM activities, campaign performance, and customer insights for the CRM Manager and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within the online gaming or casino industry.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, email marketing platforms, and data analysis tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for Gaming: An understanding of online gaming/casino environments and player behaviors is a plus.
