After beginning his career in Temp Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, he spent five years working as HR Manager and Head of HR for online gaming companies in Malta, where he recruited senior executives as well as junior profiles for a number of departments: IT, Finance, Marketing, Payments.

Francesco brings extensive international experience to his role, having worked on recruitment projects spanning from Africa to Europe.

Francesco is a graduate in Occupational Psychology of the University of Pavia in Italy and holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from ISTUD-Università Cattolica Milano. He speaks English and Italian.
