With over 15 years' experience in the recruitment industry, Francesco specialises in recruiting qualified professionals and offers a comprehensive range of services including HR advisory, headhunting, international search and selection, onboarding, and support with staff performance reviews. 

He began his career in temporary recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant before spending five years as HR Manager and Head of HR for online gaming companies, where he successfully recruited both senior executives and junior profiles across departments such as IT, Finance, Marketing and Payments.

Drawing on extensive international experience from recruitment projects across Africa, APAC and Europe, Francesco brings a broad perspective to his work. He is a graduate in Occupational Psychology from the University of Pavia in Italy and holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from ISTUD-Università Cattolica Milano. Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, he is well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of his clients.
