His services include headhunting, international search and selection, HR advisory, onboarding support, and assistance with staff performance management.

He began his career in temporary recruitment before moving into senior HR roles, spending five years as Senior HR Manager and Head of HR for online companies. During this time, he successfully recruited international talent across in Tech, Finance and Operations.

Having led recruitment projects across Europe, GCC, APAC and Africa Francesco brings a strong international perspective and a deep understanding of diverse markets. He holds a degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Pavia and a Master’s in Human Resources from ISTUD (Università Cattolica) in Milan. Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, he is well-equipped to support clients with global hiring needs.
